Honestly- I have never had my coffee made wrong here but the customer service isn't great the majority of time, people aren't friendly. I would appreciate a simple smile.

I am a loyal Dunkin customer but find that the consistency of service varies based on location. The staff does a nice job. My only complaint is that there’s too much trash outside, needs a tidying up.
