Ordered a power breakfast sandwich. Half the cheese was off the sandwich and the bread was so hard that I literally couldn't bite into it (not sure if due to the bread being stale or too burnt)....

My hot chocolate was chunky & wasn't mixed at all. The service was absolutely horrible. The young woman who helped us was laughing while holding my food about how she spit all over and on herself...
