can't toast a bagel

I work in the area & have gone to the DD numerous times. I order the same thing...2 plain bagels TOASTED with cream cheese, however the last 5 times I've been there, they can't seem to toast 2 plain bagels! I will NOT be using...this location again!

Terrible !! The drive thru is a garbed ! Totally unprofessional. You do your order and she start laughing. The manager should see this .

The last 3 times I've been there I haven't receive a complete order. Always missing an item. They don't even put the flavoring in my coffee that I ask for. The level of incompetence is incredible....
