Cup had chocolate smeared on the outside of the cup (section that sits in your cup holder), given drinks without straws, and the drinks were poorly blended. They were nice though.

Wait to try to win meet and greet tickets from the local radio station for a concert we were in town for. The donuts and coffee were terrible. And on top of that it's in a really sketchy neighborhood.
