There was a long line at this Dunkin drivethrough, and the lobby was closed. We waited a bit, but when we finally got to the window, the lady working there was very friendly. Like she was more peppy and friendly than like pretty much anyone...else I encounter in a restaurant. Her upbeat-ness and friendliness really brightened our day, it was nice. The coffee was fine too.

Crappiest place ever. Horrible service. Staff carry on side conversations the entire time and mess up Orders. Great way to start your day

Every morning i get a couple of donuts and every morning There is a long line in the drive through. I have to wait 20 minutes in line in the drive through because service is extremely slow. There only seems to be two people in...the whole place working. from at least 7:30 am to 8:30 am. People need to get their kids to school and get to work. They don't have time to sit in a 20 minute line...

They have butter crunch

This shop has a great selection of donuts and even carries butter crunch which can't be found everywhere. Good tea and coffee too.

Slow slow slow and then I get home and they left one of my sandwiches out of the bag. I don’t know why I keep giving them chances. I’m done.
