Where's the BEEF??? (I Mean the rest of the Beef) YP.com

I WILL NEVER USE DUGAN'S B&B MEATS AGAIN One star is the lowest I can rate this company. I had a half beef processed that weighed 360 lbs. when I picked up the processed meat it weighed 178 lbs. 49% of hanging weight. Most web sites state that the processed meat on a lean beef (and my beef was very lean) should be about 70% that equals 252 lbs which indicates about 74 lbs is missing. I had...
