Du-all was prompt. Very pleasant on the phone. Tech called me from my yard. Quoted me $800 to replace a filter and pump out the tank. I told him I thought it seemed high and asked if they could do it for $700. I had no idea what it costs so I agreed and they completed the job. He took my credit card over the phone. Called Du-All last night for an emergency with a blocked septic system. Du-All technician was at the house within an hour. Although they couldn't fix the problem at night they were back first this morning as promised. They explained clearly what needed to be done, and fixed the problem quickly. I'd use them again for sure (although I hope I won't have to!) You will not go wrong choosing...
Du-All was prompt with our request to come out and pump out our septic. No high pressure sales, very down-to-earth and easy to work with.
