What the community has to say about Dry Creek Kitchen

Information about this business (1)

If this country has a culinary cradle, it's in Northern Sonoma, where the fruits of local labor—from outstanding produce to handcrafted cheese—have never been on a plane. Drawing upon regional ingredients is a superior way to eat and one can taste the freshness in Chef de Cuisine Les Goodman's Dry Creek Kitchen specialties, such as Love Farm's local Greens Mix with Ginger Passion Fruit...

Editorial reviews from the web (1)

A sophisticated eatery dedicated to local produce in the heart of the Wine Country.

Perfectly Sonoma, this swank spot at the Hotel Healdsburg is wrapped in rustic comfort, with dusty olive and ocher echoing the colors of the surrounding hills. Local flavors can be sampled with...

We especially enjoyed the fois gras and the confit of duck. No corkage if your wine is made from Sonoma grapes. Excellent service and elegant decor.

I didn't realize this place had a reputation as a stellar dining experience until we arrived and saw the overview about the chef. The young waitress was very professional. We arrived at 6:15 and since we were really hungry we ordered 3 appetizers. We then struggled to find a decent wine by the glass. We typically order by the glass...

My boyfriend and I ate here during a recent trip to Sonoma and decided (since it was my boyfriends birthday) to do the five course tasting menu. We are SO HAPPY we made that choice!
Each course was perfectly portioned and served as to not rush the experience. While each course was very good, the stand out for both of...

Attentive unrushed service. We had a preset menu and everyone was raving about the steak (cuts like butter), salmon and duck. The flavors blend perfectly. Dessert choices were sensational -even the dessert was exceptional. Through the coffee, it was a dazzling dinner.

If this country has a culinary cradle, it's in Northern Sonoma, where the fruits of local labor—from outstanding produce to handcrafted cheese—have never been on a plane. Drawing upon regional ingredients is a superior way to eat and one can taste the freshness in Chef de Cuisine Dustin Valette's Dry Creek Kitchen specialties. You can also experience the regional abundance in the six-course,...

Celeb chef Charlie Palmer is the driving force behind NYC's acclaimed Aureole and this Sonoma Valley edition, a sleek eatery with vaulted ceilings. The wine list features only Sonoma's best (no Napa here!); meanwhile, Palmer's dishes incorporate local poultry, fish, game, produce, and herbs. Featured dishes range from garlic-crusted chicken breast with Bloomsdale spinach and baby carrots to...

This place is perfect for a business meeting or a leisurely lunch. Amidst luxurious settings and arched ceilings, Chef Charlie Palmer cooks up delicious meals to make Dry Creek Kitchen a special restaurant. Known for its ‘Pork and Beans’, this restaurant is easy on the pocket. Try the Hog Island Oysters or the Prime Beef Ribeye.

Just a short drive north, amongst the pristine rolling hills of Sonoma County, lies Dry Creek Kitchen, a true foodie destination. The seasonal menu begins with appetizers like regionally raised oysters and ahi tuna sashimi. Entrees include various dishes of chicken, fish, duck, lamb and beef, all furnished by the finest high-end farms, all garnished with the freshest locally grown vegetables,...

The Extras

A nightly six-course tasting menu is available to share among the entire table; wine pairings with each course are available for an extra fee.

What to Drink

Another nod to the community is an all-Sonoma wine list. The restaurant also waives the corkage fee for any Sonoma County wine.
