I purchased a shirt on Thursday October 10th, need it for Friday afternoon, took it to Dryclean Max on Fry Road for PRESS Only and was supposed to pick it up on Friday after 5:00 P.m.
On Friday afternoon at 5:15 was there to pick up the shirt, they could not find the shirt. A counter lady called the person who had picked up my shirt and she told me that there
was a problem with your shirt and it is not ready. I asked what happened and she said they washed the Brand New shirt by mistake and it is still in the washer, I asked to bring the shirt because I need it. after 15 minutes they...

Very very poor service....destroyed my shirt.

This place on Fry Rd is convenient so I tried it for a few months. Unfortunately my shirts were often very wrinkled around the collar, and never particularly well pressed. The final straw was the large hole from a torn out button. They flatly refused to pay for the repair and told me its my problem.
I don't need to do business with people who don't take responsibility for their damage. Their are dozens of dry cleaners around.
