Had two of their service techs come out last night to fix a clog.Right off the bat they were 1.5 hours late, but I could forgive that if they unclogged the drain. This became problematic later...

We used Drain Medics in the past when we had tree root growth interfering with our system. We just had them come again when we had a clogged sewer drain which backed up into the basement laundry...
