I called and spoke to a real person, not a machine, which was important. I explained the problem that I was having, and they told me what to do until they could get someone here. Scott was there within 45 minutes and fixed the problem in about an hour (clogged sewer). The price was so reasonable, and the service was so wonderful that I just had to write this review. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SERVICE. They claimed free estimate. They came out in a timely manner and gave me a ""free estimate"". I found someone else to do it for $300 less. Since I didn't use their service they sent me a bill for $74.00! Since I refused to pay this outrageous bill they sent it to a collection agency!
