I went to this place because of it's good rating here. However, the name has changed to Seafood Cove #2 so the address didn't match what we were looking for. Once we decided it was where we should be, we walked into a "to go" kind of lobby. I figured the restaurant was up the staircase so we walked up....

I've been going to Dragon Phoenix Palace for years and it's well worth the trip to Westminster, and worth the effort to find one of the rare parking spots in the center. They recently redid the decor, and I have to say I missed the pink and turquoise diamond pattern tiles in the entry, followed by 50's Las Vegas style...

Yummy dim sum. A lot of selection. Services is alright. Very busy place on Sat and Sun morning. Parking could be a true nightmare after 10am on weekend.
