Chef/Owner Ken Chen has over 10 years of restaurant experience in authentic Asian cuisines. After gaining experience from a Thai/Japanese restaurant in Beverly Hills, he moved on to opening Chen's Garden in Spencer, Iowa. Now he is back in California and in Oxnard with new ideas and flavors. Dragon Palace is an authentic Asian cuisine restaurant with popular dishes from the Asian area.
