Dr. Letts is outstanding. When it comes to the office visit itself, she is always happy and seems to be loving what she does. She will answer any and all questions and never makes you feel like you are being rushed out of the office. She is very friendly and makes our child as relaxed as possible during the visit. My oldest has been seeing Dr Letts for five years and I couldn't be more pleased. I have recommended friends after they weren't happy with their pediatrician and both sets of parents had nothing but great things to say about the quality of care and Dr Letts' understanding.
