Totally disregarded my birth plan and gave me a horrible episiotomy after screwing up my natural childbirth plan. Only go with this doc if you want unnecessary medical interventions and someone who disregards your wishes.

Beware of this doctor!!. This doctor took advantage of my mom and has left her with scar tissue caused by laser treatments. It continues to be painful for her to walk. Please get a second opinion if you are in pain and Dr Penn just tells you it will take time to get rid of a planters wart!

Dr. Costich is wonderful and I've recommended him to all my friends and family. I only wish I had started to see him sooner. He and his staff are welcoming and very thorough. He was amazing at calming my fears through my whole pregnancy
