The staff is very helpful in trying to get you the cheapest deal on things. Dr. Ball is hilarious and makes going to the eye doctor a pleasant experience.

I wanted to make it known that I will no longer continue to be a client of Dr. Tavel's office. I have been a client for approximately 7 years at the Bloomington, IN location.

My decision to discontinue patronage is due to the abhorrent level of customer service I have received over the years, and the majority of the poor service lies with one of the front desk employees. I do not know her name, but she has dark hair and wears glasses, approximately 40 years of age.
