This doctor is not good or helpful. He wants nothing to do with his patients and spends the appointment time complaining about how busy he is and how frustrating medical insurance policies are. He also bullies patients and yells at them. It is really bad.
Good luck trying to get through to these people on the phone. Each time I called I've had to wait so long I gave up (15 minutes?!). Also, the hold music is so loud it almost blew my phone speaker out. Lastly, my appointment was made without my knowledge in the first place. Ridiculous.
Outstanding physician and extremely personable. The first thing I noted was patients are seen in a timely manner and Dr Fatemi spends whatever time is needed to address your healthcare needs. I didn't feel like cattle being herded through the office. The only drawback is my health plan is Seaview IPA and Dr Fatemi will no longer see Seaview patients.
Dr. Kong was refreshing initially. He had a good sense of humor and was a delight to see.
It became increasingly difficult to ask him questions regarding my future treatments, especially options. When I questioned his approach, he was borderline hostile. I chose not to see him any further after that.
We had confidence in his professional/medical expertise. He is patient, steady and clear.
