Dr. Penaranda is great but his staff did a very poor job with my first office visit. I had told his office staff member that he personally told me to call and tell her what he wanted. I spoke to her and explained they needed to call my insurance provider in advance for a preauthorisation before my office visit, because it takes 15 days. That was in late Oct.
