Wow... If I could leave 0 stars for Dr. Kristensen, I would. Please don't let this "salesman" talk you into a total knee replacement. Do your homework and talk to better qualified surgeons. He did mine and had to have a revision. It was more disappointing regarding the way he handled the situation. Very difficult to get a call back from him and no help to resolve the issue. Dr. Kristensen is without a doubt the finest knee & hip replacement surgeon in the Northwest and I would expect that he is in the top 10 in the nation. He is a fine physician with an endearing personality. He treats each & every patient as though they are his only concern.
