Dr. Robert Martinez helped me manage my sciatica

When I was 24 years old, I had severe sciatica (i had a permanent limp) and had a recommendation from a neurosurgeon that I needed back surgery. My MRI showed my disc was breaking down and putting pressure on my spinal cord. I had been thru extensive and expensive physical therapy and had taken (with minimal success) anti-inflams.
