Doctor behaving badly SMH. My mother (70 years old) had a colonoscopy recently with Dr. Richard Milgrim and his bedside manner to say the least was disgusting. Incompetent and badly trained staff! My follow up appointment after my colonoscopy was screwed up two times in a row. The first time they put me down for the wrong day. I had to return the next week only to discover after arriving that they had not obtained a referral from my primary physician. Very abset with Office Receptionist.I call the Office and I was waiting for 18 minutes and 42 seconds before she come back to ask what I needed. I went and said , before I tell you why I call I think is rude for a patient to wait 18minutes 42 seconds and she put me in hold again...I am sure he is loosing patients because her.. I am getting another Dr. Where we can ask a question

The doctor was fine but his office staff were about the worst I have ever encountered and would preclude me from ever recommending this practice from enemies, much less friends.
