Dr. Footer is kind, thorough, caring and knowledgeable. He was instrumental in a successful VBAC with my 2nd, and I will always appreciate his wonderful care. He is "old school" and if you are looking for an "in and out" physician who is always on time this is not your physician. The wait is more than worth it.
