Without Dr. Smith's integrity, principles and skills, I wouldn't be walking as well as I am. He fixed someone else's mistake and did not give up on me as his patient. The more serious a patient's condition, the less Dr. St. Pierre will appear to have any bedside manner. Once he gets a patient stabilized, then he starts to relax and loosen up. People may mistake this for having no bedside manner. He is an excellent cardiologist and Arkansas is lucky to have him.

Absolutely the rudest, condescending, most arrogant doctor I have ever met. Brought me to tears on first two visits. I stormed out of his office on the final visit. New cardiologist!
