Unprofessional, was confronted about poor review I gave during a office visit with my elderly mother. Office is horrible, my mother had very low vitamin d and I was told I would have to wait for help until she returned from vacation in a week, I basically begged for advice to give my mother but same reply "wait and use over counter". She only focus's on what you come in for not you as a whole....

Doctor Covello was very good about explaining to me what needed to be done to relieve my sleep apnea as well as my repeated bouts with tonsillitis. I appreciated his candour as he explained the procedure as well as the recovery. On the day of surgery he even stopped by the waiting area to see me, asked me if I was OK and if I had any questions for him prior to surgery. He was kind, confident...

I found Dr. V to be knowledgeable, compassionate and highly skilled. His timely diagnosis and action saved me from total hearing loss. I think he is a great doctor and an admirable human being; I highly recommend him.
