My appointment was 9am, the first appointment of the day. I was taken 15 minutes late. I believe one of recent appointments I had also started late.

I was scheduled for two hours of potentially very uncomfortable

mold making in preparation for a denture. Dr. Hebel was so adept

and there was so little discomfort that I was on the verge of falling

asleep (unmedicated).

a very pleasant experience - everyone did an excellent job of putting me at ease and throughout the appt. checked in with me to make sure i was okay and not in any pain
