Dr. Horn has been my primary care physician for over 30 years.

He has been instrumental in helping me deal with both physical and mental conditions. I really like his how he has worked me as his patient over the years.

He is extremely caring and someone that I can count on.

Been seeing Dr. Horn for almost six years. He's a good doctor, gives good advice, follows up on test results and is easy to schedule visits with.

Dr. Storch is a very thorough doctor who you can trust to always do the right thing to keep you healthy. He really cares that each person he treats lives longer and healthier, and will get on your case to treat your health in the same detailed way, which is a blessing for some of us.
