I had two appointments in a span of 5 years and an MRI after the recent visit. I was seen only by Physician Assistants and never even met Dr. Bothwell. I received my MRI results from a Medical Assistant who didn't give more than a cursory summary and was told I was being referred to another surgeon. Im sure Dr. Bothwell does an excellent job, however his scheduler does not. I called and asked if they would accept a workmans comp case. She told me she would speak with the doctor and get back to me. I waited 2 days for a response and never heard anything. Ive called several more times only to have my calls appear to be screened. I left 2 messages and never heard back.

Dr. Bothwell is an excellent surgeon. He did extensive surgery on my shoulder and one year later, I can say that I am as good as new. My recovery trajectory was just as he described it would be. He is a good communicator. His office is organized and efficient. My experience was excellent and I highly recommend Dr. Bothwell.

Dr. Bothwell performed knee surgery on my son for a torn MPFL in his knee and then performed reconstructive surgery on my shoulder three weeks later. The professionalism from him and his staff are the best I have ever received from a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Bothwell and would say that he is one of the best (if not the best) surgeon in not just the DFW area, but in Texas. Very caring...
