I think she is a very well doctor but the fact that her front medical assistant is rude while you are trying to set up an appointment is what really makes me not want to go anymore.

Dr. Cheng/Sievers is a focused, bright person whose aim is to cure or make your disease more tolerable. I have a very rare one and see her frequently. She may seem a bit distant to some patients, but that considered polite and respectful in many Asian cultures. She employs exemplary skill and determination to give me the best possible health while battling my disease.

She was very friendly and professional and did a great job of explaining my condition and what I needed to do to correct it. I would definitely refer her to friends.
