This is my first online and citysearch review; I felt strongly compelled based on Dr. Monterosso's exceptional customer service. I moved to NYC in 2010 and was referred to Dr. Monterosso by a close friend, to address a recurring tooth pain. I was one of those people who always put off going to the Dentist. My visit to Dr. Monterosso's office was the Best Experience I have ever had with a Dentist. Dr. Monterosso has incredible bedside manner. He walks you through every step of what he is doing during a checkup, and gives you instant feedback about your dental health. He is funny, relaxed, and easy to talk to. I have had dentists in the past who rush through exams and treat you like they are doing you a favor. Monterosso was the opposite, I actually enjoyed a dentist visit!

Can't reccomend him enough. The staff, the office, all 5 stars.
