They seemed stuck in the past - never answering phone to set up appointments, archaic set up system and no human interaction. I was disappointed that their admin staff didn't seem to care very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship with patients. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service somewhere else.
