Dr. Starr is an elite dentist who does shabby prosthetic dental work. I had a dental prosthetic crafted by him, which was all I needed. I paid hundreds of dollars, only for the prosthetic to break TWICE. Initially he RUDELY and shabbily repaired it. He seemed as if he couldn't be bothered. His response was "its temporary" duh.
