Some offices try to make their patients feel important. Not this office!! They (Robyn) explain that all their patients are in pain and that you are just one of the herd. If you attempt to ask a question she offers to hang up on you. I've heard good things about Dr. Nel but his staff could use some customer relations training.

I have many medical problems and have been to many doctors that made me feel inadequate and lacking pain tolerance. Dr. Rivera is one of a kind. He is always up, happy to see you, caring, listens with both ears, and kind. He knows what he is talking about. Six other doctors saw me and questioned what kind of rod was in my lower spine. When Dr. saw it he immediately said it was a pedicle screw....

I am extremely satisfied with the choice I made choosing w/Dr. Lamartin. VERY pleasant experience at this location! From the staff to Dr. Lamartin, was very comforting. The facility is very clean as well! I highly recommend Dr. Lamartin. I left the office feeling 100% about my choice!!
