This review has nothing to do with any of the doctor's in the office. It has all to do with the staff. They are rude and need customer service skills when working the front desk.

I find that Dr. Sandler takes time to explain the procedures. He explains all the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. His staff which is led by a very competent and easy going office manager is extremely helpful and it is very clear that Dr. Sandler has a great rapport with his assistants and hygienists and they work very well together. Dr. Sandler and the dental hygienists are wonderful, I have complete trust in what they say and I always feel well informed about my dental issues and proceudres. However the office staff is horrible. They are nasty, and not at all accomodating. They are annoyed when you call to book an appointment, and seem to have no idea about insurance.
