Great experience. I waited just a few minutes for my appointment. Dr. Banks listened to my symptoms and then explained my options for plantar fascitis. The office staff was friendly and made sure I was comfortable. I definitely would recommend Dr. Banks to my family and friends.
Dr. Banks is very professional, thorough, and courteous. My only (minor) complaint is that we had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour past our scheduled appointment time before being taken back to a treatment room.
