She is a great doctor but her office staff is some of the most unprofessional I have ever dealt with. The girl setting the appt messed things up from the start, I had to call the office 3 separate times to tell them I had not received the email and they needed to check it, they refused. Dr. Long is an excellent physician. He was nice to speak with during his pre-operative clinic visit and had an amazing bedside manner. I would highly recommend him to anyone. I was lucky to have him as my surgeon!
