Was very prompt, friendly, and professional. Gave us a few money saving tips that included DIY projects. The only downfall is that he is on the pricey side. It seems as though he charges per job instead of by the hour which can be a terrible thing for quick small projects.

Dr. Bob called promptly. When I described the damage to the cabinets and the material that they were made of (not wood), he explain the nature of the material and that it would not lend itself to repair that would last. He advised me to contact the orginal manufacturer of the cabinet to possibly make new doors. I was very pleased with his explaination and it was very helpful.
