You and your child will love Dr. Mallik. Once you get past the extremely long wait list you will be pleased with her. However, making a follow-up appointment will be as difficult to make as the initial one was. If there was another doctor that would evaluate my child as well as Dr. Mallik does without so much difficulty dealing with the office, I would head elsewhere, but frankly their isn't....

I have to say the staff at the office is very rude and unprofessional. No one answers the telephones when calling the office and no one returns phone calls when leaving several messages for an appointments for months. Months later when reaching a live person, then being told that the appointment calendar is closed (8 months in advance) to call back next month. The cycle begins again. Very...
