I really liked the highlight colors Ashley put in my hair but disappointed how little they hid my grays. I left her a message to call me back to see what options we had to hide them but she never called me back. Disappointed she didn't return my call.

Ashley is always spot on with her recommendations when it comes to color and cut. The atmosphere is always relaxed and enjoyable. I am happy with the results when I leave and my husband always comments on how good my hair looks when I get home. Both pluses in my book

I was not informed that you moved, went to the old place, the phone was not answered for half an hr., the web site was not up dated, when the receptionist finally called back she gave the address but no direction or land marks. Had to park far away. Took me 10 minutes to walk to the salon. The old name was on the awing and the new...
