The Downtown Dog Lounge is a disgusting facility. They have no padding on the floors and they clean up with bleach and other harsh chemicals in daycare. As a result the dogs are constantly rolling around in there own urine mixed with bleach. The owner Elise claims the company can not afford to use non-toxic chemicals (mean while she is out of town on vacation every other week). Dogs have even drank the bleach water from the mop buckets while in daycare.

A close friend of mine, who I ironically met in our first puppy class recommeded DDL to us. Initially, we brought our goldendoodle, Parker for day care as a puppy. I love that they offer half day rates, because what he and I really needed was super energetic playtime, something that was difficult to deliver in the early days!
