ISitting here in utter shock. They had a locksmith come by today to install a new deadbolt for me. The guy was here 30 minutes [mostly on his phone] and the install took maybe 15. That is not the issue. I would pay for tech service and professionalism in areas that deserve respect. What I am in shock about is the fact the deadbolt that they sold me was $96.15 [called a defiant brand]. I...
