Downey Park is 10 minutes from my house so we try to go often. There are rarely any dogs when I go. I have tried to come at different hours but I have no luck and end up driving to Baldwin Park....

This review is on the DOG park. This park is quite boring if there aren't many dogs around but once more people show up its quite nice. I prefer Fleets...
