I was very disappointed in the service I received by John M Downey carpet cleaners. First I scheculed an appointment and for some reason the person who was scheduling did not give my appointment to the driver so my husband stayed home all day and no one ever came. I've had them clean 3 times over the past few years. With a dog and a toddler I didn't think my carpets had a chance! Super knowlegdable, friendly, professional, on time.Thanks Ryan...will be calling again!!

I had my couch and loveseat cleaned, they were prompt and efficient. The service person was very friendly. I unexpectedly had a day off of work I called them and they were able to do the project for me that day.

Pickup and Delivery was percise and totally at the convenience of my schedule. Driver was polite and experienced with the cleaning process.
