After calling every oil company in the area to prepay for oil very few places were willing to. In the wake of Katrina, oil companies couldn't make any promises. However Downeast allowed us to prebuy and lock in on a price that no other company could beat. We have yet to have any problems with them. In the middle of a Maine winter, is when you need to be sure you have a dependable oil company.
