Doug is one of those rare realtors that actually earns his commission. He has helped me buy properties and sell them and he is great at both. His integrity is irrefutable and his character is never in question when he is negotiating a deal. To say it simply, Doug gets the job done whether it is a million dollar house or run down rental property.
I can easily say, Doug made my first house buying experience a good one. Whenever I wanted to go look at house, he was there to meet me. Whenever I had a question, he had an answer. But more then that, Doug seemed like more of a friend then a business acquaintance, which was the best part! I would highly recommend him to anyone and even friends or family, which speaks for itself.
Process was smooth and painless. We were looking at another home that Doug was representing. That one did not work out so we threw at him, kind of last minute, driving across town to look at another home that was not his listing. This is the home we ended up purchasing.

Laid back, easy to work with. Did his best to keep us updated while dealing with lots of problems and delays with the seller's realtor. Ours was an extremely atypical buying experience, especially for our area - looked at one house, put in an offer, accepted a slight counter, all within 30 hours - but I don't think the deal would have gone as well without his expertise and advice.
