Bob claims to have over 2000 people on service contracts yet seems overwhelmed with the complaints he gets every day and refuses to take responsibility for the problems. My wife and I have been customers of Douglas Heating & Air Conditioning for years. I have always been very happy with the prompt response. customer service and competitive pricing we have received. I would highly recommend Mr. Douglas and his staff to anyone needing AC or heating assistance.

I have been dealing with Douglas heating and A/C for several years and in this city (Houston) this business can be one of the biggest rip-offs around but Bob Douglas is one that can be trusted. He is the best!
