Inside balcony room. Redoing the 3rd floor so construction noise during the day. Also hosted a fraternity party Saturday night which was extremely noisy too, in the lobby and in the halls. Lack of luggage carts was an issue too. Rooms with outside windows are not as noisy. Stayed here several times. Good hotel but this wasn't our best stay.

There was construction in progress, but it was not an issue during our stay. The room, the service and the staff were superior: excellent location, nice breakfast buffet.I would recommend this location.

Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations during our stay. The construction was loud and not all of the services were available. The staff was very friendly and helpful but there were some issues because of the construction with the water and noise. Once the renovations are complete I would recommend the hotel.

Switched rooms last minute

Booked a room with 2 queens & a sleeper sofa. When we got there they had switched us to a king & sleeper. They blamed it on Expedia, and tried to tell me that that type of room was not even available on Expedia (when I know that it was). Basically called me a liar, but I'm not one to get bent out of shape. I will stay there again, but only because our group always stays there. This same thing...
