The hotel staff are great , the low rating is due to construction I understand the need to update the property but please warn someone your putting them In a room next to the ACTIVE CONSTRUCTION. I was trying to relax and take care of phone calls and the noise was unreal. This low review is to steer clear till remodel is done .. Everything else was nice staff , location, close to food shops...

I don't normally take time to write a review, but I feel it's necessary this time. Check in was smooth and everyone was very friendly. However, when my wife and I arrived at our room it was very obvious that the room was already occupied. There were bags, cells phones charging, and toiletry kits in the bathroom. This review IS NOT an impeachment of the excellent service staff at this location. Everyone except the valet parking staff were amazing... but this is something I need to see passed up to upper management. Alicia Detroit worst night manager ever I will never stay at this hotel again as long as she's a manager their I stayed at a micro inn in buck head because of her nasty attitude an customer service an I rated them a five because her terrible attitude made it just that easy she suck!!!!!!!

Booked a room 9 months prior. Had reservation cancelled now, a month and a half before the trip, because they couldn't properly schedule renovations and booted me out. Was offered essentially nothing in exchange. Will never stay here as a result.
