Had an intermittent issue with my 2003 Southwind RV. I was extremly impressed with Double Eagles patience and knowledge in repairing such a difficult problem. They are always curtious and polite. I would highly recommend Double Eagle RV.

Double Eagle miss-diagnosed a lack of engine power problem after telling me they were fully qualified to troubleshoot and repair Caterpillar engines.    I was charged $2,500.00 for engine work that did not solve the problem.  When confronted with the information that the work had not solved the problem, the business owner became verbally abusive toward me, and blamed the problem with the repair...

Mid trip across country several brace screws had sheared off the slide out and were creatin a lot of shaking which could have eventually lost the bottom panel. Kathy was able to fit us in almost immediately and Randy had us fixed and back on the road within an hour. Nice people, great service. Thank you.
