Appetizer, drinks came out in a timely manner. But my my salad that came with my dinner came out on time while my wifes soup did not come out until after the entrees, and without a spoon! This i my second time here and both times it was empty besides me an it still took over an hour to get...

Great surroundings, view on golfing green. Staff were friendly enough, tho nothing special. Clearly accustomed to catering to a local crowd. Food was excellent, tho a bit on the pricey side.

The Double Eagle is a restaurant at the Fairbanks Golf Course. Casual nice atmosphere, very good food and great service! I have had lunch and dinner there several times. Here is a few of my favorites, Calamari, Beef Tips, Caesar Salad, French Onion Soup, Crab Salad, Caprese Salad,

The Double Eagle has a wonderful breakfast menu on Sundays (Saturdays too, I believe). Their Crab Cake Eggs Benedict are delicious!
I've also eaten lunch and dinner here and the salads and sandwiches are very good. In my opinion, the dinner entrees are too expensive

we had our Anniversary dinner there, and the food was great, so was staff, our friends halibut was a bit dry, but everyt...hing was great! OH AND THE CARROT CAKE TO DIE FOR! IF NOTHING ELSE GO THERE FOR THAT! We will be back!See More
