I wish there was a way to leave no stars. We bought a groupon for them and made an apt. They were a no show. We finally got ahold of them (all you get is voice mail) and made another apt. Again, another no show. Very disappointing! I have small children and have planned 2 days around them and to not have them show up (let alone call and and let me know!) is SO frustrating!!! I think this company is one of the best companies out there! They are so full of knowledge and they love teaching their customers about their trees...
